The property is 530 hectares in extend, (we have the DUAT or land usage right title deed), with a 4 kilometer undeveloped and un-spoilt beach front. It borders on to a 8km long fresh water lake on the inland side with added development potential.

It is + - 80 kilometers north of Maputo in a straight line, or  clopse  to   Bilene.

There is no other developments in the vicinity with Bilene 20km away the nearest.

There are no people on the property and the local community is very small and live scattered a long distance away.

By road, the trip from Maputo is + - 2,5 hours and the distance 130 kilometers.

The property has beautiful scenery with coastal forest, many and huge fresh water lakes as well as some of the biggest and highest sand dunes in Mozambique.

It has excellent fishing both salt and fresh water and boat launching can be done from the beach. There are a big variety of birds and still some small game and is ideal to re introduce other species.

  Sailing, wind surfing, paragliding and other wind extreme sports can be offered on the lakes, (or sea), as it is very safe with ideal conditions for these sports.

Development of other active or extreme sports, are unlimited as the area offers every thing one could think of.

It has extremely good possibilities to establish the first golf course in Mozambique with a potentially 200 to 600 housing sites. A preliminary design on a golf course lay out was done by Peter Matckovic & Co.

The Minister of Tourism is establishing a 6,000 ha Game farm next door and they intend to introduce a large variety of game, which will be a added attraction and benefit.

A further 200 hectares have been secured adjoining the 530 hectares.

All legal documentation is in place including a registered company of which the shares are on offer. The property can be subdivided into plots of any size to build beach holiday homes on, for resale.
